Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to addresses within [List of Countries]. If your country is not listed, you cannot complete checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days. Flat rate €X or free for orders above €Y.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days. Flat rate €Z.
  • Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order is marked “shipped.” We’re not liable for carrier delays.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3 PM (local time) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
  • Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in [Country].

4. Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of order, contact support.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If the carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” but you do not have it, check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once marked as delivered.

6. International Shipments & Customs

  • Customs clearance may delay delivery. We cannot control or predict customs processing times.

7. Incorrect Address

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you must pay any additional shipping fees to resend it. If you refuse re-delivery, we deduct original shipping and return costs from your refund.
